SPEEDY TRAVEL
BY AIRPLANE IN EUROPE The advantage* of travel by air in Europe were appreciated by Mr. D. Robertson, assistant general manager and secretary of the Farmers’ Trading Company, Ltd., who returned on the Aorangi after a business and pleasure trip in England and on the Continent. “I travelled mostly by air,” he said, in the course of an interview. “The services are particularly efficient, and result in a great saving of time. For instance, I went down the Danube by steamer from Vienna to Budapest, the journey occupying 16 hours. The return trip by' airplane was done in three hours.”
