NORTH SHORE MOVES AHEAf While the city argues with it* what is to be done to make its safe for public use, North Shore steadily equipping its sands with atractions for the visiting public. The new dance “shippe” at Milfe will be a source of attraction; tfc. Windsor reserve beach, at the wha: at Devonport, has been supplied w;: a barge type pontoon for the use swimmers; a chute is being built, as novelties, such as a spinning bars* and a log moored with a swivel, already. Narrow Neck is to be equipped wr a pontoon and the for many year neglected Takapuna Beach is to bt made popular too, and a surf club ha been formed to patrol it.
