GIFT TO DEVONPORT
£SO AND REFERENCE BOOKS BEQUEATHED Under the will of the late Mrs. Rachael Barclay, of Huia Street, Devonport, a collection of books and -aO for library purposes have been bequeathed to the borough. The .gift is in addition to one of ‘oins and curios made to the museum. Devonport has no library. Among the books are reference works, and historical subjects. Mr. Barclay, who predeceased his wife, was interested in mining.
