NEW TRAM ROUTE
HALSEY STREET OPENS The new double tram tracks connecting Fanshawe Street with Paterson Street, via Halsey Street, will be opened to-morrow. This track has cost some £B.OOO, and its main purpose is to save dead mileage in getting trams into the Bon-sonby-Herne Bay area.
