ARBITRATION INQUIRY SPECIAL OFFICER HAMPERED Reed. 11.30 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The special inquiry officer, Mr. Hnnden, who was appointed for an inquiry into the working of the amended Commonwealth Arbitration Act, is being boycotted by the Labour Union officials. He was not allowed to make Ills investigations, on the ground that he accompanied the industrial mission to America in defiance of the Labour councils of the various States.
