BURGLARS AT WHANGAREI
UNSUCCESSFUL ATTACK ON SAFE (From Our Own Correspondent) WHANGAREI, To-day. The premises of A. Garton, cycle agent. Whangarei, were broken into last night. The thief or thieves entered by a rear window of the shop. Efforts to open the safe failed, and as far as can be ascertained not much was stolen.
