MANY CLAIMS DISCOVERED

ESTATE OF MISSING SOLICITOR Press Association CHRISTCHURCH. To-day. Since the meeting of creditors on September 7 in the estate of Mr. J. B. Batchelor, the missing solicitor, the Official Assignee and the supervisors, Messrs. Hunter and Donaldson, have ipet on four occasions for the purpose of investigation. These investigations have in some cases revealed securities which will reduce the claims made hv some of the creditors, for they represent trust funds which were considered to be lost. Several clients who had invested money through Batchelor have been agreeably surprised to receive from the Official Assignee notification to call and uplift their deeds.
