LETTER CABLE SERVICE
Advice has been received from the secretary, General Post Office that, commencing on November 1, a weekend letter cable service will be available to France, Algeria and Tunis, both “via Eastern” and “via Pacific and Imperial.” The rates to France will b« 8d a word, with a minimum of 13s 4d* while that to Algeria and r r- 5 1 be : d a word, with a minimum of 16s. •
