“GHOST TRAIN” AT EDENDALE
A small party of passengers are stranded at midnight in a remote little wayside railway station, where are forced ,to remain until morning. The stationmaster tells* them of a mysterious ghost train that is supposed to mean death to all who see it. The appearance of this train and its driver is said to happen just before midnight. This happens every year on the day of the disaster to am express some years ago, and the folks of the countryside are terror-stricken. That is the setting for “The Ghost Train,” which will be shown at the Edendale Theatre this evening. Dolores Bel Rio, in “The Gateway of the Moon,” a story of the South American jungle, will be the second attraction. ‘ i “Kitty” has been included in British International’s films for New Zealand release next year. It is based on the i novel by Warwick Deeping, and the l cast includes Estelle Brody. John l Stuart. Dorothy Gumming, Marie Ault, and Winter Hall, the New Zealand filing actor.
