BENEFITS TO STAFF The annual meeting of the J.C.L. Insurance, Benevolent and Presentation Society was held in the J.C.L. lounge on Tuesday evening, when there was a. large attendance of members. Mr. A. H. Court presided and apologised for the absence of Mr. John Court. In congratulating the staff on the very successful year just concluded Mr. pointed out that despite the ad trade depression generally experienced the year’s net results were oetter than the previous one.
