Obituary

MR. T. ROSS The death of Mr. Thomas Ross, aged 88, at his heme in Morris Street, is reported from Palmerston North. Mr. Ross, who was a native of Ross Shire, Scotland, lived for some years in Australia before he came to the Dominion in 1562. He took up land in Otago and in Manawatu, where he had lived for the last 30 years. Two of his sons were killed in the Great War. Mr. Ross is survived by a widow, one son, Mr. L. Ross, of Wanganui, and three daughters, Mrs. E. Pullyn, Taumarunui. and Misses E. and O. Ross, Palmerston North.
