CIVIL FLYING
AVIATION CO.’S OFFER REQUEST TO AIR MINISTRY British Official Wireless Reed. 12.15 p.m. RUGBY, Monday. It is understood that the New Civil Aviation Company will ask assistance from the Air Ministry on similar lines to that now given to light airplane clubs, but it will be willing to forego such assistance immediately .a very modest percentage of profit on its undertaking is exceeded. It is claimed by the company that its primary object is to foster the development of civil aviation. Its chairman will not be paid.
