HOME OR GAOL
S.M. OFFERS CHOICE “You go back to the Salvation Army Home and stop there, or you will find yourself in Mount Eden.” A warning was given by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., to Albert Edward Bray, who pleaded guilty at the Police Court this morning to being found on enclosed premises at No. 2 Domett Avenue, Epsom. Bray said that he could not get work and had been sleeping out in paddocks. Major Holmes remembered that Bray had been in .the Salvation Army Home at Epsom, but had left for no apparent reason. Bray: I left to try and get work. Mr. Hunt: Well, you go right back again. The case was adjourned for four months.
