MR. SAMUEL AT PAEROA (Special to THE SUN) * P AERO A, To-day. The campaign of Reform in Thames has opened. The candidate, Mr. A. M. Samuel, addressed a meeting of electors here last evening, and received an enthusiastic hearing from a large crowd of electors. Public reference was made to the services given by Mr. Samuel to the people of this district during his term as member for> Ohinemuri, and he was accorded a vote of thanks and confidence.
