LABOUR IN KAIPARA
LAND AND FINANCE (Special to THE SUN) HELENSVILLE, To-day. The Labour opponent of the Prime Minister in Kaipara, Mr. J. G. Barclay, addressed electors here last evening. The candidate, who is a small farmer, dealt widely with Labour’s land proposals, advocating a State bank and generous financial assistance to primary producers. He criticised the Government freely, showing what he considered to be the weak links in their administrative chain.
