REFORM AT DEVONPORT
UNEMPLOYMENT EXPLAINED Mr. A. Harris, Independent Reform candidate for Waitemata, addressed a very good meeting at North Devonport last evening, Jfclr. B. Smith, president of the North Devonport Residents’ and Ratepayers’ Association, presiding.
