TO CLEAR CHURCH DEBT
FAIR AT ST. MARY’S For the purpose of charing off the church debt, a fair was opened in St. Mary’s Flail, Parnell, this afternoon. Tho stalls were arranged round’ the sides of the hall, which was prettily decorated with paper flowers and greenery. The fair will be open this evening, when entertainments will be given by a Hindu conjurer, and Mr. Alan McE! wain, the well-known humorist. The fair will also be continued to-morrow afternoon and evening. The stallholders are: Ladies’ Guild stall. Mrs. Gilbert, Mrs. "Whitelev, Mrs. Dawson, Mrs. Morris, Miss Lindersay; « r r-„? ta11 ’ Eraser, Mrs. Allison, Mrs. Williams, Miss Fraser; cake stall, Mrs. Ridings, .Mrs. A. Kissling, Miss Kissling, Miss N. Kissling: produce stall, arranged by members of the vestry, Mrs. J Dawson, Mrs. Tewesley, Mrs. Rickerdy, Miss Lindesay; sweet stall, Mrs. R. Smith, Mrs. Eely Mrs. Frideiander, Mrs. Noble, Mrs. Moves, Mrs. H. Bloomfield; toy stall les lI A - Cooper, Miss I. Cooper, Miss E.’ ivissllng, Miss Armstrong; flower stall Mrs. Houghton, Mrs. Morely Bell, Mrs’. Leatham, Mrs. Lewis: tea rooms, members lo St. Mary's Mothers’ Union.
