TITIRANGI TOURNEY The Titirangi handicap tournament was concluded yesterday afternoon under perfect conditions. The Titirangi Cup, the main event of the tournament, was won by A. J. Good, who beat P. J. Western, 5 and 4, in the final. Good has been playing very steady golf lately, and Western found his afternoon golf not good enough to concede the four strokes he had to give. In a medal handicap the best scores were:—W. P. Baker 73, P. J. Western 74, F. _Hazelden, B. J. Smith, J. A. Wallace, E .C. Robieson, all 75. A four-ball bogey in the afternoon was won by F. Trice and Dr. Horton. 6 up. Sandel won the men’s event, with a card of 14. Everslie v. Akarana.—An inter-club match was played between the Everslie Ladies* Golf Club and the Akarana Club on Saturday on the Everslie links. The results were as follow, Akarana names being mentioned first:— Mrs. Brown beat Mrs. R. Lever, 2 up: Mrs. Gilmore beat Miss .T. Lince. 4 and 3; Miss Cox lost to Mrs. W. Grant. 3 and 2: Mrs. Cox and Mrs. J. Richardson, all square; Mrs. Fearnly lost to Miss Agmen Smith, 1 down: Miss Wynard beat Miss M. Smith. 3 and 2: Miss Loudill beat Miss O.
