HAMILTON ‘'BOYS’ WEEK” “Boys’ Week” was carried a further stage ' on Saturday, when a successful sports gathering fox' primary- schoolboys was held at Kugby Park. Fairfield School second with 15 points. Hamilton East annexed the trophy with 21 championship points, Hamilton West School coming was third with 13 points. Preachers on Sunday in the various churches devoted their sermons to the subject of child welfare, citizenship and the education of boys. PAPATOETOE ODDFELLOWS At the conclusion of their fortnightly meeting last week, the members of the Loyal Papatoetoe Lodge, M.U., 1.0.0. F., >fo. 9453, entertained the members or the Loyal Papatoetoe Orange and the Papatoetoe Foresters' Lodge. Bro. Hector Coles, N.G., on behalf of the hosts, extended a hearty welcome to the guests, and Bro. Roy Cryer, 1.P.X.5., conferred the honours. Bro. Waldo Smith. P.M., responded on behalf ot the Orangemen and Bro. Cliffe, C.R., on behalf of the Foresters.
