DEATHS FROM INJURIES
TWO CYCLISTS SUCCUMB KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTORS The occurred in hospital last evening of William Murray, aged 19. who was badly injured when his motor-cycle ran into a motor-car near Avondale early on Wednesday morning. The young man was riding home from Dixieland when the accident happened, and received severe head injuries in the collision, being taken immediately to hospital in a serious condition. He lived at 36 Pompallier Terrace, Ponsonby. As a result of injuries that he received on October 10, Hubert Thomas, aged IS, also died in hospital lasi evening. The youth, who lived with his parents in Avondale, was cycling in Rosebank Road, when he was knocked down by a motor-car. His thign was fractured, and he received severe head injuries.
