MAORI FALLS ON STEPS
A Maori, Peter Mataroa. of Orakei, fell and struck his head heavily on the step*, outside the Waitemata. billiard saloon in Customs Street West c fa Saturday evening. He was taken to hospital by the St. John Ambulance and his condition this morning was reported to be satisfactory.
