NEW CARGO SHIP
KARAMEA IN AUCKLAND Carrying a fult cargo of steel rails and general merchandise for the poi'ts of Auckland and Wellington, the Shaw. Savill and Albion Company’s Karamea arrived at 5.15 o'clock on Saturday evening. Under the command of Captain A. Mclntosh, she had completed her maiden voyage from London. The Karamea completes a new quartette, the sis.er ships of which are the Zealandic. Taranaki and Coptic. They are the most powerful motor cargo ships afloat, and have a speed of 15 knots.
