Don't make the 'THE farmer’s present burden of local and general taxation, mortgages, dear implements and materials is big enough. Prohibition would mean a loss of otcr $1,900,000 revenue every year—and a huge bill for “ enforcement.’* Heed the warning of the late Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey, who pointed out that this deficiency would fall upon the people in the way of allround taxation.
