MARSEILLES STRIKE.— The Messageries Maritime Company decided to lay up three of its largest liners on the Indo-China and Far East services. In consequence the seamen at Marseilles decided upon a 24 hours' strike for all unionists. It is feared that the strike will extend to the dock workers and hold up all shipping.—A. and N.Z.-F.A.
