Nat Phillips and Roy Rene (Stiffy and Mo) are establishing a great reputation in Auckland for sheer humour. They are first-class revue fun-makers. they are not the only ones with a flair for wit in “Whirligigs.” Jack Kelleway frequently appears to add his part to the jesting. As the drummer in the jazz band. Mo makes a wonderful hit. Stiffy also gives his version of the correct conductorship of the band. The Charleston Symphonie Six stage band is still making an impression with its clever interpretation of the popular “Ramona.” Members of the band also feature solo turns.
