FARMER FINED FOR REMOVING ANIMALS (From Our Oim CorrermouMumi i OPOTIKI, Mr. T. D. Crquhart. stock inspector proceeded against A. E. Blake, farmer’ Hawai, in the Police Court to-<Uy a charge of removing two dogs without a permit from “A” to • B" boundarv la contravention of the cattle tick lations. Counsel for defendant entered a plea of guilty. A further charge was made against Blake of removing 300 sheep on an other occasion across the same boundarv without a permit. 7 On the first charge ho was convicted and fined £5 and costs and £2 and costs on the second charge.
