FOUND WITH STOLEN SHOES
FISHERMAN CHARGED WITH N THEFT Pleading not guilty to the theft of two pairs of shoes valued at 30s, Edward Knox, a fisherman, aged 52, was remanded at the Police Court this morning until to-morrow. Chief-Detective Hammond said that the owner of the shoes was not known, but that Knox had been found with them in his possession.
