NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL

Prior to the commencement of the business of the Northcote Borough Council, the Mayor, Mr. A. E. Greenslade, referred to the loss of one of the borough’s most esteemed citizens, the late Mr. W. ERichardson, a former Mayor of the borough.
