Fine Reduced. —E. Orr, who was recently fined £5 and costs for riding a motor-cycle along Romuera Road at 45 miles an hour, had his fine reduced by £i at the Magistrate’s Court this morning. In applying for a rehearing Orr denied that he was travelling at the speed suggested.
