TENNIS CARNIVAL
LEADING PLAYERS TO VISIT AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE, Monday. Mr. Norman Brookes, who returned from England and America to-day, said he was confident that the French tennis champions, Cocliet, Lacoste and Borotra, would come to Australia for tho international tennis carnival in the season 1929-30. It was highly probable that the Americans, Tilden. Hunter, Miss Helen Wills and Miss Ryan, and Senorita D’Alvarez, of Spain, would also come.
