MEETING AT DEVONPORT Three new members were initiated at the usual meeting of the Juvenile Court of Foresters, Court Victoria’s Pride, at Devonport, during the weekend. Officers and members of Court Maid Marion’s Pride and 40 members of Alpha Juvenile Lodge, American Order of Oddfellows, paid a. visit, and were welcomed by Chief Ranger Bro. C. Knott, and the president, Bro. W. Waters. For the visitors, Bro. New - bold, D.G.M. of Oddfellows, said such gatherings were of great beneiit to friendly societies. Sister Newbold and Sister Woods also spoke appreciatively of the work of the girls and boys. Sister Hawkins, of Maid Marion’s Pride, replied for her court. The throe courts are conducting a triangular contest in collecting tinfoil, the proceed of the sale of which will go to charity.
