Divoret Petition Dismissed Reserved judgment in the case in which Elizabeth Annie Ellis petitioned for a divorce from her husband Charles Eilis, who r<. in England, was fiven by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. When the case was formerly heard the question of whether the court had jurisdiction to grant a divorce to -a wife deserted abroad, and who now permanently resides j.n the Dominion, was rasied. To-day the Judge decided that the Court had no jurisdiction and dismissed the petition.
