CITY COUNCIL VACANCY

MR. BLOODWORTH A CANDIDATE Mr. T. Bloodworth wiil very probably be a candidate at the by-elec-tion to fill the vacancy on the City Council caused by the death of Cr. F. W. H. Brinsden. The election date lias been tentatively set down lor Wednesday, November 7. The law requires that the vacancy be filled between 25 and 28 days.
