The Yachting Season Opens Next Month —Trim the Craft in Readiness!
Spring days are days of preparation for yachtsmen. After the winter “lie up," there is much to be done if all is to be in readiness for summer’s exhilarating pageant of snowy canvas on blue waters, and now is the time for all good owners to come to the aid of their charges. Next month the yachting season—the season of exciting sea sport and carnival—will open. On harbour foreshores, prudent enthusiasts are already carrying out the necessary “spade work” of their enviable hobby. Here are seasonable suggestions for owners who are overhauling and generally sprucing-up craft of all kinds.
