DAIRY COMPANY’S SUCCESSFUL CLAIM Press Association PAH lATU A, To-day. A case of importance to dairy farmers was heard in the Magistrate's Court when the Rexdale Dairy Company claimed £22 from O. Lund, a farmer. Plaintiff contended that defendant ordered stores to be supplied to an employee, who is bankrupt. Defendant disclaimed liability. Mr. J. Miller. S.M., considered thal the evidence of plaintiff’s witnesses with regard to instructions to supply stores to the ‘employe© were sufficient to establish liability, and gave judgment for plaintiff for the full amount.
