RESEARCHES IN FRANCE A CONFIDENT EXPERT (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. noon. PARTS, Wednesday. Dr. Ramon, of the Pastern- Institute, told the International Diphtheria Congress at G arches that it is only a question of a few years when diphtheria, with its attendant diseases, will be entirely unknown in France. He hopes during the coming year to secure a perfect vaccine, which he believes will give school children immunity, and which he hopes will justify its compulsory use. Already there have been remarkable results among the troops.
