ADDRESS BY MR. LUNDON
In a public address in the Town Hall on Monday evening, Mr. J. K. Lundon will deal with the main features of the new Tramways Bill. Ho will outline how the nominee position influences democratic principles, and the effects of legislating tram loans by overdraft without polls. Other subjects to be discussed will be the Jaffe £66.000 option in connection with the Civic Square, and dealings of Robert W. Gunter in connection with the tramways. v
