SUBMARINE FOR CHILE
CAPTAIN O’BRIEN LAUNCHED British Official Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. There was launched yesterday from the Vickers-Armstrong shipyard at Barrow-in-Furness the submarine Captain O’Brien. This is the first of the O class submarines being built for the Chilian Navy. The launching ceremony was performed by Madame Costa Polle, wife of Admiral Costa Polle, chief of the Chilian Naval Commission in London,
