The future system of government of Nationalist China is announced by Nanking, folowing a prolonged conference. The chairman of the Nationalists will be head of the Government, with a committee of 15. The chairman will be concurrently Oommander-in-Chief of the Army, Navy, and Air Forces. Five councils will be appointed: Lesgislative, administrative, judicial,
supervisory, and central political. Each chairman will be assisted by a deputy, and each council will be subdivided. Cliiang KaiShek, Hu HanMing, W a n g Chung-Hui, Sunfo, and Li
Shih-Tseng are among prominent Kuomintang officials appointed to study the new system and report on its suitability for modern China.
