PHIL SCOTT AND THE WORLD TITLE
Phil Scott, who is at present spending a holiday in Cornwall, stated recently that he is considering suggestions by Tex Rickard that he should fight Johnny Risko or Jack Sharkey in America. He is of opinion, however, that if Tunney retires from the ring, he (Scott) should meet
r ocott Heeney for the world’s championship at Wembley. “I do not see," said Scott, “why America should have all the big flights.”
