The balance sheet showed a credit of £ 30. The following officers were elected: President, the Mayor of Takapuna; secretary and treasurer, Mr. R. M. Moor; honorary physician, Dr. Ram-sey-Smith; auditor, Mr. E. G. Tucker; club captain, Mr. M. V. Kronfeld; team captains, Messrs. A. W. Collins and R. M. Moor; committee, Messrs. A. Collins, A. Gunn, V. Douglas, N. Browa, T. Greenhalgh, R. Dunn, G. Lawrene# and E. Mclnman. The season will be opened on Labour Day.
