FIRE IN N.S.W. TOWN.—An outbreak of fire occurred yesterday at Trangie, a town 320 miles west of Sydney. Seven shops and dwellings were destroyed. The damage is estimated at £IO.OOO. Rain IN N.S.W. —The long dry spell experienced in New South Wales has broken. Heavy rain is falling throughput the greater part of the State and ** greatly benefiting the wheat belts. Hopes of a good harvest have been revived. IRAQ AIR ROUTES. —The Government of Iraq has agreed to the establishment of a Junkers air service between Teheran (Persia), and Bagdad (the capital of Iraq) to coincide with the lnaguration by Imperial Airways. Ltd., of the Anglo-Indian service in the spring. Bagdad will then possess two air services. They will bring London within a week’s journey.—A.P.A.-
