CYCLISTS COLLIDE

DAMAGES CLAIM SUCCEEDS (From Our Ou:n Correspondent) HAMILTON. Tuesday. A collision between two cyclists gu\e rise to a claim for £199 19s damages before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., today. The claimant was James George Harp, a cycle dealer, of Ward JStreei, and defendant was Henry Lang, a motor mechanic. Although the defence was filed, defendant failed to appear. Mr. A. L. Tompkins, for plaintiff, said that on June 24, 1927, Harp and defendant collided, Harp being very severely injured. Judgment was given for the full amount claimed, with witnesses’ expenses.
