MR, W. D. LYSNAR’S APPEAL Press Association WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Court of Appeal to-day reserved judgment in the first appeal in the case W. D. Lysnar, solicitor, Gisborne, v. de Pelichet, McLeod and Company, Limited, in which the appellant, who appeared in person, appealed from the judgment of Mr. Justice Ostler in favour of the respondent to a claim by it for £3,000, under a guaratee given by Mr. Lysnar for advances given to his brother, Mr. G. H. Lysnar. The hearing of the second appeal was set down for Wednesday, October 10.
