HOME AGAIN
M. AUGUST, who, for soma time past has been in Australia, returned to Auckland yesterday with his pacers, Hori Dillon, Lord Lu and Alice Axworthy. The Mangere trainer did not receive many favouors across the Tasman at the hands of Dame Fortune, Lord Lu, who won a paltry stake, being the only one of the team to materialise. Sid did not form a very good impression of the game generally in the Commonwealth and was not sbrry to get home again.
