DRIVER FINED £3
INTOXICATED IN CAR (From Our Oxen Correspondent) TE AROHA, Monday. For being drunk while in charge of a. motor-car, John Edward Corkhill was fined £3 and costs by justices of the peace on Saturday. Police evidence showed that Corkhill, when driving an Insufficiently lighted car had zig-zagged dangerously on a main highway and then crashed into another car. Accused also agreed to sign a prohibition order.
