PROBATION FOR YOUTH Described by the probation officer as a youth who doesn’t like work, Norman Frederick Thornham. aged 20, who came up for sentence at tho Police Court this morning for stealing motor accessories valued at ss. was admitted to probation for 12 months. “He stole four tail-lights from mo-tor-cars,” said Senior-Sergeant Cummings, “and letters from the letterbox of a city warehouse.
