The safest, cheapest, and most comfortable journey is by rail. Every possible precaution is taken by the people’s railways for the people’s safety. Race Trains TO FROM Ellerslie Racecourse will run as under:— Leave Auckland 10.20. 10.35, 11.6. 11.25 a.m.. 12.13. 1.9, and 2.5 p.m. each clay, also at 10.50, 1 1.52 a.m., and 12.40 p.m. on Saturday only, returning- at frequent intervals before and after last race. Special Have trains will not stop at Rerauera and Green Lane. Special train, stopping where required, will leave Papakura 9.40 a.m.. Manurewa 9.53, Papatoetoe 10.5. These tickets will not be available by the Limited Main Trunk Express trains.
