Mr. W. H. Cowper, New Zealand manager for the Liverpool, London :ind Globe Insurance Co., arrived from the South this morning by the Limited.

Mr. Justice Smith, the youngest of New Zealand’s judges, took his seat on the Bench at the Supreme Court this morning. This is the first time he has appeared in Auckland.
