MR. JUSTICE MACGREGOR FOR DUNEDIN

(From Our Resident Reporter.) WELLINGTON, To-day

Though no announcement has yet been made it is virtually certain tliat the place of the late Sir William Sim in Dunedin will be filled by Mr. Justice MacGregor. Mr. Justice MacGregor, who, before he was appointed to the Lench, succeeded the late Sir John Salmond as Solicitor-General, practised in Dunedin for many years, and will thus really be returning to what is his New Zealand home.
